G Square Group's Twin Crown Launches Expand Chennai's Real Estate Horizon

G Square Group has launched two premium plotted development projects in Puzhal and Medavakkam, Chennai. The Northern Crown project in Puzhal offers plots starting at 650 sq ft, while the Southern Crown in Medavakkam features plots from 1,057 sq ft. Plot-plus-villa packages are also available.

Chennai's real estate sector witnesses a strategic expansion as the city-based G Square Group unveils two premium plotted development projects in Puzhal and Medavakkam. This move marks the company's growing footprint in both northern and southern corridors of the city, targeting key residential hubs.

The G Square Northern Crown project in Puzhal provides plots starting from 650 square feet, priced at Rs 7,999 per square foot, while the Southern Crown project in Medavakkam offers plots starting from 1,057 square feet, priced at Rs 6,499 per square foot. The firm's latest offerings are set to attract potential buyers seeking strategic locations.

The projects also include attractive plot-plus-villa packages, beginning at Rs 75 lakh in Puzhal and Rs 1 crore in Medavakkam. Bala Ramajayam, Founder and Managing Director of G Square Group, stated that these twin launches are the first of their kind in Chennai's premium plotted communities, leveraging the North and South growth corridors.
