ISRO's Ambitious Launch Plans: A Leap Toward the Stars

ISRO plans to launch two satellites, the CMS-03 and BlueBird, by the end of the year with the heavy-lift rocket LVM-3. Chairman V Narayanan highlighted upcoming missions such as Gaganyaan, Chandrayaan-4, and Bharatiya Antariksh Station. Despite setbacks, ISRO anticipates major advancements soon.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has announced plans to ramp up its satellite launch program with the deployment of CMS-03 and BlueBird satellites by year-end using its flagship heavy-lift rocket, LVM-3, according to Chairman V Narayanan.

Narayanan detailed future missions, including the first human spaceflight mission under the Gaganyaan project, which is nearly complete. Meanwhile, the Chandrayaan-4 lunar mission is in the design phase, aiming to bring lunar samples back to Earth. Plans for India's space station, dubbed Bharatiya Antariksh Station, are underway for a 2035 launch.

ISRO continues to forge ahead despite technical setbacks with satellites like NVS-02, working towards expanding India's satellite network exponentially by 2027, reinforcing its commitment to substantial growth in the space sector.
