Pioneering Senior Living: Serene Communities Partners with Asset Homes

Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has partnered with Asset Homes to develop senior citizen housing projects in Kerala, with an investment of over Rs 500 crore. The collaboration launched its first project 'Serene Young @ Heart', and aims to expand to 10,000 homes by 2030.

Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has joined forces with realty firm Asset Homes to boost senior living options in Kerala, allocating an impressive investment exceeding Rs 500 crore for four housing projects.

In a significant move, the partnership unveiled its first initiative, 'Serene Young @ Heart', which features 211 flats specifically designed for senior living. This collaboration combines Serene's international proficiency in senior housing with Asset Homes' robust local reputation and delivery efficiency.

Currently operating 10 senior communities across India, Serene plans to exponentially expand, introducing 15 new projects in the next two years, aiming to cater to 10,000 homes by 2030.
