In a significant step toward the development of Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh's Cabinet has granted approval for the second phase of land pooling. The initiative aims to incorporate over 16,000 acres to facilitate key infrastructure projects.
The Municipal Minister, P Narayana, disclosed these plans after the Cabinet meeting, detailing the construction of an inner ring road, a new railway station, and tracks, alongside the development of an extensive international sports city.
This expansion, affecting seven villages, also includes strategic land allocations for smart industries and an international airport, pivotal for the area's real estate and economic advancement.
