Antara Senior Living Limited, in collaboration with Max Estates, has launched a new project, Estate 361, to manage senior living residences on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. This marks Antara's second venture with Max Estates after the success of Estate 360, India's first intergenerational community.

Estate 361 will feature 360 senior living units and a wellness center combining modern medicine with ancient Indian practices. The initiative aims to provide personalized care, integrating primary healthcare with wellness programs such as Ayurveda and acupuncture, allowing seniors to lead active, healthy lives.

India is witnessing a surge in its senior population, with numbers projected to reach 350 million by 2050. This demographic shift highlights the need for structured senior living solutions.
