Supported by UnboxingBLR, Social Alpha, and other partners, the initiative received a record-breaking 600 entries, highlighting a strong entrepreneurial spirit focused on environmental sustainability.

The evaluation process involved a rigorous selection handled by a team from Social Alpha, prioritizing innovation, market strategy, and implementation. Finalists now face a technical jury, each startup scrutinized on its potential for impact and scalability. The ultimate live pitch will happen in January 2026, where INR 25 lakhs grants are at stake.

Prominent figures in science and business lead the final jury. These 15 chosen startups reflect a vital shift towards building urban climate resilience, aligning with broader efforts to position Bangalore as India's startup and innovation hub.
