The tranquil region of Kalapani, Nepal, bordering China, was jolted by a 4.3-magnitude earthquake on Tuesday evening, local authorities confirmed.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or damages reported from the event, which was recorded at precisely 9:24 pm as per the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre.
The previous day, a less severe quake of 3.6 magnitude had already unsettled residents in Martadi, Bajura district, sending ripples of concern throughout Sudur Paschim province.
