In a tragic incident on Wednesday morning, a cooking gas cylinder explosion rocked Rajaram Chawl in Mumbai's Goregaon West suburb, injuring three individuals.
The blast, which occurred around 7:40 a.m., resulted in the collapse of a common wall between two rooms and injured two men and a woman.
The injured have been identified as Sarjan Ali Javed Shaikh, Gul Mohammad Amin Shaikh, and Maltidevi, who sustained 30-35% burns. While locals managed to put out the subsequent fire using buckets of water, the victims required urgent medical care.
