The scheme offers 1,168 newly constructed flats in Narela at a 25% discount, with 1, 2, and 3 BHK options available. Prices start at Rs 34.03 lakh for 1 BHK flats.

Located near major roads and metro corridors, the project seeks to improve connectivity to central Delhi. Registrations open December 19, 2025, via DDA's Awaas Portal, with bookings beginning January 14, 2026.
