County Group's Landmark Luxury Housing in Noida

County Group is set to develop a luxury housing project, 'Clove County', in Noida for over Rs 1,200 crore. The project includes 226 premium apartments and aims to meet growing demand for luxury homes in the region.

Real estate developer County Group is gearing up to start construction on a luxury housing project, 'Clove County', with an investment surpassing Rs 1,200 crore. Set in Noida's Sector 151, this new initiative will see the development of 226 high-end apartments along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

The company acquired the 5-acre land parcel through an auction, valued at approximately Rs 500 crore. Amit Modi, Director of County Group, emphasized the strong demand for luxury accommodations in the Noida area, which has bolstered their confidence in the venture.

County Group is recognized as one of the prominent real estate players in the National Capital Region, credited with the development of extensive residential and commercial projects spanning Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and New Delhi.
