Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated a series of development projects totaling Rs 1,151 crore in Bhagalpur and Banka districts as part of his 'Samridhi Yatra' initiative. The announcement came via a statement from the Chief Minister's Office, highlighting the extensive infrastructure investment in the region.

In Bhagalpur district, the CM launched 144 projects valued at Rs 442 crore, featuring 88 inaugural schemes and foundation stones for 56 new projects. These initiatives include essential infrastructural upgrades and aim to enhance public services across the district.

Similar plans were set in motion in Banka, where Kumar introduced projects worth Rs 709 crore. Key initiatives include new road projects and construction of a 132/33 KV grid substation. State officials, along with the Deputy CM and other ministers, participated in the launch, emphasizing the importance of timely completion of these projects.
