The district administration has issued a stern warning to builders who have failed to conduct repair works according to structural audit reports within the allotted timeframe, an official disclosed on Tuesday.

At a meeting presided over by Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar, and attended by builder representatives and Residents Welfare Associations (RWAs) from 15 societies, emphasis was placed on the incomplete repair works despite the completion of structural audits in various societies, as stated in an official release.

During the discussion, the deputy commissioner instructed District Town Planner (Enforcement) Amit Madholia to take administrative actions against builders who do not commence work within the next 15 days. It was made clear that repairs should begin immediately in societies where audits have concluded, with timely issuance of final reports by empanelled agencies.
