Unexpected Collapses: Safety Concerns Rise in Delhi's Construction Sites
Three construction workers were injured when a lintel collapsed at a site in Bawana, Delhi. The collapse, occurring at the basement level of a DSIDC industrial area, trapped several laborers. An FIR is filed, and investigations are ongoing to determine any negligence or safety violations.

In a disturbing incident in Delhi's Bawana area, three laborers were injured when a lintel collapsed during construction work on Monday. The accident unfolded in the DSIDC industrial area's Sector-2 as the structure suddenly gave way.
Police reports indicate that several workers were trapped under the debris, with some rescued by the time authorities were informed. Among the injured were Mohammad Sameed, 40, Govind, 30, both locals of Bawana, and Pramod, 25, from Narela. Pramod was swiftly taken to Maharaja Agrasen Hospital after sustaining serious injuries.
While no fatalities have occurred, authorities have yet to determine the cause of the collapse. An FIR citing negligent conduct during construction has been registered, as investigators probe any breaches of safety norms or negligence that may have contributed to the mishap.
