A small bridge section in Bantalab, located on the outskirts of Jammu city, collapsed on Friday, trapping three to four laborers. Authorities have since closed the roadway.
The collapse happened amid repair works on a wall affected by last year's floods. Rescue teams from police, Army, and SDRF are on-site.
One injured worker has been rescued, and operations continue to locate others. Families express concern over the number trapped, including personal relations among the workforce.
