Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, three southern cities in India, have reported a combined sale of 811 ultra-luxury homes worth Rs 11,246 crore in the last fiscal year, driven by robust demand, according to a recent study. The report, released by India Sotheby's International Realty alongside CRE Matrix, highlights Hyderabad as the frontrunner with 625 luxury units sold, worth a towering Rs 8,562 crore.

In contrast, Bengaluru sold 128 homes for Rs 1,957 crore, and Chennai accounted for 58 units priced at Rs 727 crore. The 'Southern India High End Luxury Housing' report elaborates on available space per buyer, with Hyderabad offering 6,210 sq ft, Chennai 4,290 sq ft, and Bengaluru 3,930 sq ft for Rs 10 crore.

Industry leaders Ashwin Chadha and Abhishek Kiran Gupta emphasized Hyderabad's scale advantage, Bengaluru's dynamic growth potential, and Chennai's esteemed legacy.
