Transforming Civic Services: The Launch of 'Mero Mathura' App

BJP MP Hema Malini has taken a significant step towards modernizing civic services in Mathura with the launch of the 'Mero Mathura' app, developed by the Mathura Vrindavan Nagar Nigam. The app is set to digitize numerous citizen-focused services, making them more convenient and accountable.
This new platform enables residents to receive various on-demand civic services, register complaints, and seek emergency assistance from their homes. It allows users to pay property taxes and apply for essential documents like birth and death certificates without the need to visit government offices, streamlining the entire process.
During the launch, it was also announced that 500 solar lights, installed by HDFC Bank, were inaugurated at Govardhan Parikrama Marg, marking further development efforts in the region.
