A drone attack has rattled the central region of Tatarstan in Russia, causing injuries to three individuals after striking an apartment building.
Regional head Rustam Minnikhanov announced the incident on the Telegram messaging app, also noting that industrial facilities in the area were targeted.
Despite the strikes, production at these facilities has not been halted. Tatarstan is notably home to significant oil processing and petrochemical industries.
