My dream fulfilled, says Swapna Burman upon winning gold in Asiad 2018

Swapna Burman won gold today in Asiad 2018. Despite having an aching tooth, she created history by winning a gold medal in Heptathlon and become the first Indian to win a gold in this sport in Asian Games. 21 years old Burman scored 6026 points.

Coming from a humble background, she attained the sporting glory sheer out of hard work and dedication. On winning the gold she said that she got her and her coach's dream fulfilled.
