The Formula One legend Michael Schumacher will turn 50 on January 3. His fans and followers are always eager to know how their favorite Formula One racer is convalescing from the tragic accident took place in December 2013.

Michael Schumacher had a severe skiing accident while he was skiing with his son Mick Schumacher in December 2013. Due to his traumatic brain injury, he is still said to be unable to walk or stand. For the last couple of months, there was no updates except rumors as his family members asked the media to respect their privacy.

For a long time, his family and close acquaintances closely guarded him to shun the continuous rumors of his physical development. Finally, a good news has popped up recently, which claims that he is now not bedridden or surviving on tubes. Bravo, the German publication has also reported that the former Ferrari driver was taken to a clinic in Dallas, Texas, which is specialised in treating brain injuries.

On the other hand, the report also claims that Michael Schumacher is getting medical treatment at his home that costs to 50,000 pounds per week. He underwent two typical operations at the University of Grenoble where he was kept for around five months before coming out of induced coma, NDTV Auto reported.
