The Oakland Raiders placed cornerback Daryl Worley on injured reserve with a torn labrum and ruled out cornerback Gareon Conley of Monday night's game against Denver with a concussion, the team announced.
The Raiders also waived defensive end Damontre Moore and activated safety Dallin Leavitt and tight end Paul Butler from the practice squad to fill out the roster. Worley was suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the league's personal conduct policy. He has played in 10 games (nine starts) and has 33 tackles and one interception. Conley, a second-year player from Ohio State, suffered the concussion in Week 15's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. He has yet to clear concussion protocol. On the season, Conley has 34 tackles and two interceptions. Leavitt and Butler had spent the entire 2018 season on the practice squad.
