'Happy Birthday. Enjoy your special day buddy. Looking forward to seeing you back in action soon,' wrote Yuvraj on Instagram. On his birthday, Kishan sought blessings at Shree Samadhi Mandir in Shirdi, sharing moments from his visit and prayers to Sai Baba.

Kishan has faced significant challenges this year, including exclusion from the BCCI's central contracts and skipping Ranji Trophy matches. He was part of the Indian squad for the South Africa Test series but withdrew due to personal reasons. His last appearance for India was in a T20I match in November last year. Recently, he returned to competitive cricket, featuring for the Reserve Bank of India in the 18th DY Patil T20 Cup 2024, before joining the Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024, scoring 320 runs in 14 matches.

Despite the setbacks, Kishan has some notable achievements, including the fastest ODI double century and memorable performances in white-ball cricket for India.
