Mumbai Players Shine at Maharashtra State Ranking Tournament with 17 Medals
Mumbai-based players from The Suburban Table Tennis Association (TSTTA) excelled at the inaugural Maharashtra State Ranking Tournament, securing 17 medals, including seven golds. Chinamay Somaiya and Reeth Risha won gold in men's and women's singles respectively. Additional victories came in various age categories, underlining TSTTA's dominance.

Mumbai-based athletes from The Suburban Table Tennis Association (TSTTA) demonstrated their prowess by clinching 17 medals, including seven golds, at the inaugural Maharashtra State Ranking Tournament.
Chinamay Somaiya and Reeth Risha emerged victorious in the men's and women's singles categories, respectively. Sharveya Samant and Annaya Chande secured the gold in the boys' and girls' under-19 singles titles. Notably, left-handed Dhruv Shah won the U-17 boys' singles title. The women's draw saw Risha overcome Madhurika Patkar in the final, with Sampada Bhiwandkar and Manushree Patil earning bronze medals. Raegan Albuquerque also secured a bronze in the men's event.
The U-19 girls' final featured Annaya Chande defeating teammate Vaishnavi Jaiswal. Further successes were recorded in the U-13 category, with Myraa Sanglekar and Param winning in the girls' and boys' finals respectively. Aarav Vora claimed silver and Zain Shaikh took bronze. Myraa's teammates, Trisha Ludbe and Sara Ramiya, also won bronze medals. Vedika Jaiswal secured a bronze in the girls' U-11 event.
