Mumbai City FC, led by head coach Petr Kratky, will conduct a pre-season camp in Bangkok, Thailand, from July 28 to August 25. Fresh off their ISL Cup win and a historic points tally, the team aims to build chemistry and prepare for another successful season.

Mumbai City FC, under the guidance of head coach Petr Kratky, is set to start their pre-season preparations in Bangkok, Thailand, from July 28 to August 25. The move comes as the team eyes another fruitful season following their historic ISL Cup win and record-breaking points tally in the 2023/24 season.

The Islanders finished the league stage with the best goal difference (+23) and conceded the fewest goals (19), thanks to the stellar performances by goalkeeper Phurba Lachenpa, who clinched the Golden Glove. The team also made history with 16 different goal-scorers, including Emerging Player of the League, Vikram Partap Singh.

As the team looks forward to the upcoming season, Coach Kratky emphasized the importance of rigorous preparations and maintaining motivation. He highlighted the mix of experienced and new players in the squad, aiming to achieve greater heights. Club CEO Kandarp Chandra echoed these sentiments, focusing on team chemistry, fitness, and a unified vision during the pre-season camp in conditions akin to Mumbai’s weather.
