Ace Indian shuttler Lakshya Sen will feature prominently on Day 7 of the Paris Olympics 2024 as he aims to secure a spot in the semi-finals of the men's singles category on Friday. Sen advanced to the quarter-finals with a dominant 21-12, 21-6 victory over world number 13 HS Prannoy. He will face the 12th-seeded Chou Tien Chen of Chinese Taipei at 6:30 PM IST.

Shooter Manu Bhaker, who has already won two medals in the current Olympics, will participate once more in the 25M Pistol Women Qualification (Precision) alongside Esha Singh at 12:30 AM IST. Both shooters will also compete in the 25M Pistol Women Qualification (Rapid) at 3:30 PM IST. Another shooter, Anant Jeet Singh Naruka, will be aiming for success in the Skeet Men's Qualification at 1:00 PM IST.

Archers Ankita Bhakat and Dhiraj Bommadevara are set to compete in the Recurve Mixed Team 1/8 event at 1:19 PM IST, with potential quarterfinal and semifinal matches later in the day. The Indian Men's Hockey Team will face Australia in their final Pool B fixture at 4:45 PM IST. Additionally, golfer Shubhankar Sharma and Gaganjeet Bhullar will play the Men's Individual Stroke Play Round 2 at 9:00 AM IST, among other events.
