Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy Dominates Day 2 at Hockey India Sub Junior Championship

Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy secured impressive victories in both men's and women's categories on Day 2 of the Hockey India Sub Junior Academy Championship Zone A & B. Highlight performances included Ramandeep Kaur's seven goals and multiple hat-tricks from other teams.

The Roundglass Punjab Hockey Club Academy shined brightly on Day 2 of the Hockey India Sub Junior Academy Championship Zone A & B, clinching wins in both the men's and women's categories on Monday.

In the women’s division, Roundglass Punjab obliterated Jai Bharat Hockey Academy with a staggering 22-0 victory, greatly bolstered by Ramandeep Kaur's seven goals.

Other notable performances included Khalsa Hockey Academy (Amritsar) defeating Ritu Rani Hockey Academy 4-1, thanks to Devi Archana's hat-trick, and Har Hockey Academy overpowering Anantapur Sports Academy 7-0, with Antika and Tannu both scoring twice.

In the men's section, Roundglass Punjab continued their dominance by defeating Cheema Hockey Academy 7-0 with seven different players adding to the scoreboard. Ghumanhera Riser's Academy delivered a crushing 28-0 win against Jai Bharat Hockey Academy, featuring five-goal performances from Kataria Hitesh and Jay.

Namdhari XI triumphed over Raja Karan Hockey Academy with a 4-0 win, driven by a hat-trick from Sanjay, while Ashwini Sports Academy edged past Republican Sports Club 5-2, courtesy of Pal Ashutosh’s hat-trick. Completing the day's action, Army Boys Sports Company bested Ashwini Sports Academy 7-0, in which Arjun also recorded a hat-trick.
