In an extraordinary feat of determination and teamwork, Aman Sehrawat, India's youngest Olympic medallist, and his coaches orchestrated a meticulous weight loss regimen overnight. From a grueling mat session to meticulous sauna baths, Aman managed to shed 4.6kg, ensuring he met the weight criteria for his wrestling category.

Coaches Jagmander Singh and Virender Dahiya, driven by the previous day's controversial disqualification of Vinesh Phogat, tirelessly worked with Aman. 'Weight cutting is routine, normal for us but there was tension, a lot of tension due to what happened the other day,' shared coach Dahiya.

Their efforts bore fruit when Aman clinched a bronze medal by defeating Puerto Rico's Darian Cruz, making his sleepless night and relentless efforts worth every drop of sweat.
