FC Goa is set to face NorthEast United FC on Friday in the Indian Super League, aiming to clinch their first home victory of the season.

After losing previous matches to Jamshedpur FC and Mumbai City FC, FC Goa bounced back with a 3-2 win against East Bengal last week. NorthEast United FC, reigning Durand Cup champions, drew 1-1 with Kerala Blasters and is yet to register a win this season.

FC Goa's head coach Manolo Marquez emphasized the need for adaptability as the team deals with injuries to key players and relies on young substitutes. Meanwhile, NorthEast coach Juan Pedro Benali acknowledged the challenge posed by Goa and highlighted the need for a focused approach.
