The Haryana Steelers are gearing up for a promising campaign in Pro Kabaddi League’s 11th season, aiming to surpass their runners-up finish in Season 10. Their playoff presence in past campaigns boosts their confidence, as they strive to clinch the highly coveted title fuelled by strategic team enhancements.

Steering the team is Manpreet Singh, an ex-title-winning player, whose coaching pursuits now focus on breaking past final hurdles with the Steelers, following near-misses in previous seasons. Despite a quiet player auction, their remarkable signing of Iranian all-rounder Mohammadreza Chiyaneh for INR 2.07 crore is a promising addition to their tactical strengths.

Boasting the league's best defense last season, Haryana maintains its defensive core with stalwarts Rahul Sethpal and Jaideep Dahiya. The challenge remains in bolstering their offensive play, with Vinay leading the charge, aided by fellow raider Shivam Patare. Meanwhile, Mohammadreza Chiyaneh's dual potential might address gaps in their attacking strategy.
