Top seed Vit Kopriva and Billy Harris have made significant strides at the Delhi Open tennis tournament, reaching the men's singles quarterfinals with decisive wins on Thursday.

Kopriva, currently ranked world no. 127, showcased a stellar performance, defeating his Czech compatriot Dalibor Svrcina 6-4 6-1. He further teamed up with Hynek Barton in doubles to clinch a 6-4 6-1 victory against Kris Van Wyk and Eric Vanshelboim, advancing to the semifinals. On the other hand, Harris capitalized on his recent ATP ranking boost by overcoming Australian James McCabe in straight sets, securing his quarterfinal slot in singles.

Additionally, sixth seed Mochizuki staged a remarkable comeback against Barton, winning 2-6 6-4 6-3. Meanwhile, Swedish player Elias Ymer set up a clash against Harris after defeating Egor Agafanov. In doubles, the second-seeded duo of Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha and Courtney John Lock triumphed over Japan's Mochizuki and Kaito Uesugi 6-3 2-6 10-5, fiercely contending for a spot in the semifinals.
