In an exciting cricket match at Premadasa Stadium, Zimbabwe clinched a 29-run victory against The Netherlands. Standout performances came from Ryan Burl, who scored a crucial half-century, and Richard Ngarava, who took three vital wickets. Despite Logan van Beek's efforts, The Netherlands fell short, closing at 149 in response to Zimbabwe's 178.
Elsewhere, Nepal delivered a powerful performance against UAE, triumphing by seven wickets in a warm-up game. With Deependra Singh Airee and Aarif Sheikh at the helm, they constructed an unbeaten 103-run partnership, successfully chasing down UAE's 145-run target with ease in 17 overs.
At the Colombo Colts Club ground, Oman impressed with a five-wicket win over Sri Lanka A. Batting first, Sri Lanka A set a target of 145, which Oman chased successfully in 18 overs. Aamir Kaleem's explosive unbeaten 80 was the highlight of the innings, securing the victory with two overs to spare.
