Delhi Capitals' fast bowler Kyle Jamieson has been penalized with one demerit point following a breach of the IPL's Code of Conduct, as per an official statement from the IPL. The incident unfolded during Match 43 at Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium against Rajasthan Royals, where Jamieson displayed aggressive conduct after dismissing Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.

Jamieson's actions were deemed to have violated Article 2.5, which prohibits using language, actions, or gestures that could incite aggression from another player. The pacer acknowledged his breach and accepted the decision of the Match Referee, Rajeev Seth, without contesting the charge.

In an exhilarating match, Delhi Capitals secured their highest-ever IPL run chase, fueled by a stunning 110-run opening partnership between KL Rahul and Pathum Nissanka.
