Indian Women's Hockey Guardians Gear Up at Elite Goalkeeping Camp
The Indian women's hockey team underwent a specialized goalkeeping camp, led by Ireland's David Williamson and supervised by chief coach Sjoerd Marijne. Conducted from April 22 to May 2, this 11-day camp aimed to enhance technical skills and tactical awareness for senior goalkeepers ahead of major tournaments.
In an effort to sharpen their defensive prowess, the Indian women's hockey goalkeepers participated in a distinguished camp led by Irish expert David Williamson.
The training, overseen by chief coach Sjoerd Marijne, spanned 11 days and concluded on May 2 at the SAI center.
Supported by Anandana, the Coca-Cola India Foundation, the camp provided an opportunity for senior players like Savita to refine their skills and mentor emerging talent.
