Under Carrick's interim management, United has achieved ten victories and two draws in 14 matches, with only two losses to Leeds United and Newcastle United. The team's form has notably helped them surpass notable challengers like Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea, securing third place in the Premier League and earning a spot in next season's UEFA Champions League.
Despite acknowledging the official decision rests with the club, Casemiro underscored his endorsement of Carrick, expressing, "In my opinion, Michael Carrick completely deserves it.
