The committee, as per an official order dated May 10, is headed by former additional secretary Dr. AKM Oli Ullah and includes former Bangladesh cricket captain and current chief selector Habibul Bashar, alongside Supreme Court lawyer Faisal Dastagir.

Tasked with reporting their findings within 15 working days, the panel's formation follows the Bangladesh Cricket Board's decision not to travel to India due to security concerns. The withdrawal has led to questions regarding potential diplomatic repercussions.
