Allen's explosive innings was complemented by strong performances from Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Cameron Green, leading KKR to a season-high total of 247 for 2. Although GT managed to score 218 for 4 in response, the catching errors proved to be the game's turning point, according to Patel.

Despite the setback, Gujarat Titans stand second in the table with 16 points and face a straightforward playoff qualification scenario.
