This incident is the latest in a series of ticketing controversies for the tournament, which the U.S., Canada, and Mexico will co-host. Authorities in New York and New Jersey have already subpoenaed FIFA regarding its ticketing policies, particularly focusing on fans' seating arrangements. The much-anticipated 48-team tournament takes place from June 11 to July 19.
