Buffalo Bills running back Frank Gore is off the non-football injury list and ready for the start of training camp on Thursday. The 36-year-old veteran missed the Miami Dolphins' last two games in 2018 with a foot injury and was placed on the NFI list on Monday.

Gore passed his physical Thursday morning, according to general manager Brandon Beane. Signed by Buffalo to a one-year, $2 million contract in March, Gore is expected to compete for carries with T.J. Yeldon and rookie Devin Singletary behind starter LeSean McCoy.

The five-time Pro Bowl selection and nine-time 1,000-yard rusher rank No. 1 among active players and No. 4 in NFL history with 14,748 career rushing yards in 210 games. --Field Level Media
