Infosys to acquire German firm, in-tech, to strengthen Engineering R&D leadership

Infosys has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Germany-based in-tech, a leading Engineering R&D services provider, to further strengthen its Engineering R&D capabilities.

in-tech is one of the fastest-growing Engineering R&D services providers focused on the German automotive industry. The company develops solutions in e-mobility, connected and autonomous driving, electric vehicles (EVs), off-road vehicles and railroad.

With this strategic acquisition, Infosys will deepen its engagements with leading German original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and expand its industry expertise through in-tech’s multidisciplinary team of 2200 employees, spread across Germany, Austria, China, the UK, and nearshore locations in Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, and India.
