Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge on Friday announced the 27th edition of the Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2024, slated from November 19 to 21. The event aims to position Bengaluru at the forefront of global tech innovation and collaboration.
With over 40 countries participating, the three-day tech summit will feature 460+ speakers in 85 sessions, attracting 50,000 attendees, 500+ startups, and 700+ exhibitors. A 'Breakfast Meet' was held where Chief Minister Siddaramaiah interacted with over 200 CEOs from India's leading tech organizations, fostering dialogue on Karnataka's tech ecosystem and future prospects.
Karnataka's Department of Electronics, IT, and Biotechnology presented an 'Action Taken Report' addressing feedback from 2023's Breakfast Meeting. IT Minister Kharge highlighted that the state's success stems from industry-friendly policies and active engagement with the tech ecosystem. He emphasized the importance of Global Innovation Alliance Partners in attracting global tech leaders. The summit's theme, 'Breaking Boundaries,' underscores its goal to foster unbounded opportunities for idea exchange and international collaborations.
