STL Unveils High-Density 864F Micro Cables for Robust US Fiber Networks
STL, a leading optical and digital solutions company, has launched high-density 864F Micro Cables to enhance connectivity in dense US fiber networks. These cables, featuring 1.5X more fibers than standard ones, promise cost savings, easy installation, and longer network life. STL also introduced its IBR Armored cables.
STL (NSE: STLTECH), a prominent optical and digital solutions company, has introduced its high-density 864F Micro Cables, explicitly designed to provide fast and uninterrupted connectivity to dense fiber networks across the United States.
These innovative cables can accommodate 864 fibers in an 11.4 mm diameter, significantly surpassing the standard 1.5X fiber density. They are built with STL's advanced bend-insensitive HD A2 200-micron fiber, offering service providers in the region multiple benefits, including ultra-high fiber density, longer network life, sustainability, cost savings, and ease of installation.
Additionally, STL launched its Intelligently Bonded Ribbon (IBR) Armored cables, designed for ease of installation with precise ribbon geometries for superior mass fusion splicing outcomes. STL's South Carolina facility is already meeting the demands of various broadband projects. At the Fibre Connect event, STL unveiled its Optical Connectivity portfolio, strengthening its commitment to connecting America with high-capacity optical fiber cables.
