Ather Energy Partners with Amara Raja for Homegrown Battery Cell Technology

The new partnership will involve the development and supply of NMC and LFP lithium-ion and other advanced chemistry cells. This deal aligns with Ather's goals to source most components domestically, as stated by CEO Tarun Mehta.
Amara Raja Executive Director Vikramaditya Gourineni noted that their focus would be on developing market-relevant solutions to help India progress in electric vehicle technology indigenisation.
