Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility has announced plans to set up a joint venture in Saudi Arabia, establishing two plants dedicated to assembling electric vehicles.
The Vadodara-based company confirmed receiving a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Saudi Arabia, signaling the start of their international collaboration.
A thorough feasibility study has affirmed the project's viability. 'This partnership underscores our capabilities in electric mobility and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s sustainable future aspirations,' said Yatin Gupte, Chairman and MD of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility.
The joint venture aims to leverage Wardwizard's expertise to foster Saudi Arabia's transition towards a greener, sustainable transportation infrastructure.
