Mahindra Group Rolls Out New AI Division to Integrate Advanced Technology

The Mahindra Group has launched a specialized division focused on artificial intelligence (AI) aimed at benefiting all its companies. Led by Bhuwan Lodha, the division consolidates AI efforts from various sectors within the conglomerate, offering tailored solutions and partnering with Tech Mahindra for domain expertise.

The Mahindra Group has unveiled a new division specifically dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence (AI) across its diversified portfolio of companies, a senior official revealed.

Bhuwan Lodha, who heads the newly formed AI division, explained that this initiative aims to unify AI efforts under one umbrella to drive success in various business units, including auto, real estate, and hospitality.

To kick off the project, the division is recruiting AI specialists from within the group and plans to leverage global solutions, involving startups and universities. Lodha indicated that the division would also collaborate closely with Tech Mahindra, the group's IT services arm, to optimize expertise and resources.

This strategic move is expected to create a streamlined talent pipeline, offering AI professionals engaging career paths and opportunities to contribute across multiple sectors within the Mahindra Group.
