Enfabrica Corporation, a prominent fabless semiconductor firm, has inaugurated its India operations by establishing a new office and R&D facility in Hyderabad, according to the company's announcement on Wednesday.

Enfabrica India is set to expand rapidly, with plans to increase its workforce fourfold by 2025, targeting top-tier talent to drive its innovative projects. The company presently operates with a global team of 135 engineers.

The newly launched center is designed to expedite the development of the Accelerated Compute Fabric SuperNIC (ACF-S) silicon and networking software. This cutting-edge technology facilitates efficient AI infrastructure scaling, crucial for GenAI training, inference, and RAG applications. Strategic investors like Sutter Hill Ventures and Nvidia have propelled Enfabrica with a cumulative funding of USD 260 million.
