Swiggy has launched a 'Fasting Mode' feature, enabling users to pause food notifications during fasting periods like Ramzan and Navratri. This feature allows notifications to be turned off from Suhoor to 4 PM, resuming automatically after fasting hours. It offers flexibility throughout the year.

Swiggy announced on Monday the introduction of a new 'Fasting Mode.' This feature provides users with the freedom to halt food notifications conveniently while observing fasts.

Initially rolled out for the Ramzan season and extending to other fasting periods like Navratri, this feature ensures minimal disruption. Notifications are paused between Suhoor and 4 PM for fasting individuals, resuming automatically post-fast.

With the 'Fasting Mode' available year-round, Swiggy offers users the flexibility to manage food notifications seamlessly, adapting to various religious and personal fasting practices, according to the company's statement.
