In a strategic move to enhance its leadership, Tanla Platforms Limited has announced key senior management appointments. This realignment is aimed at steering the company towards an AI-driven future while solidifying its position in the communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) industry.
Leading these initiatives, Anshuman Kar joins as the Chief Customer Officer, bringing extensive experience in go-to-market transformation and operational excellence from his previous roles at Capgemini, McKinsey, and Twilio. Simultaneously, Sandeep Kapoor steps in as Chief AI, Data & Analytics Officer to accelerate innovation through AI technology, a field in which he holds seven patents.
The appointments are part of Tanla's broader strategy to push for innovation in secure communication platforms under the guidance of Uday Reddy, the Founder Chairman and CEO. This leadership change aims to deliver smarter solutions, ensuring long-term value creation for customers and stakeholders globally.
