Delhi, India - In a significant move to bolster the nation's technological prowess, the Startup Policy Forum (SPF) unveiled a new DeepTech Advisory Board. Comprising an impressive roster of investors, founders, policymakers, academics, and domain experts, the board's mission is to identify promising deeptech startups and provide strategic guidance.

Amongst the notable figures on the board are investors such as Prashanth Prakash (Accel India) and Anjali Bansal (Avaana Capital), along with founders like Tarun Mehta (Ather Energy). The Board will oversee the #100DesiDeepTechs initiative, aimed at identifying and nurturing the top 100 deeptech startups within India.

These startups, curated by IIT-Madras, will focus on fields such as Quantum Technologies and Green Hydrogen. Shweta Rajpal Kohli, SPF's CEO, emphasized the potential of India becoming a global leader in deeptech, driven by innovation and strategic support.
