The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) has partnered with the Andhra Pradesh government to contribute to the ambitious Amaravati Quantum Valley (AQV) project. Through a Memorandum of Understanding, C-DOT will set up a Centre of Excellence in quantum communication and security at this innovative hub.
Aimed at transforming the quantum landscape in India, the Amaravati Quantum Valley will integrate hardware manufacturing, software development, and research excellence while fostering a skilled talent pool. This initiative is set to establish Andhra Pradesh as a key player in the global quantum technology arena.
The Ministry of Communications emphasized the initiative's potential in shaping India's quantum future. C-DOT will leverage its expertise to provide resources and skill development, supporting research in quantum security solutions and enhancing India's digital privacy framework through the development of privacy enhancement technologies.
