The collaboration will focus on developing an AI-driven shopping prototype for Sea's e-commerce platform, Shopee, marking an expansion of AI's role beyond simple query responses to more sophisticated tasks like shopping across various apps and managing workflows effectively.

An additional area of focus will include applying AI solutions to enhance productivity in game development through Sea's gaming division, Garena. This move follows Shopee's previous partnership with Alphabet's YouTube in the e-commerce market of Southeast Asia in 2024.
