Revolutionizing Data Centers: The 'Make in India' Modular Stack

Refroid Technologies and TierX Datacenters have partnered to introduce India's first entirely indigenous modular data center stack, featuring advanced liquid cooling technology called Direct-to-Chip (DLC). This collaboration aims to enhance India's digital independence, enabling scalable, high-performance computing for AI and research, suitable for diverse environments across the country.

In a groundbreaking move, Refroid Technologies and TierX Datacenters have joined forces to unveil India's first indigenous modular data center stack, announced during the 7th CII Datacenter Blueprint Summit. The initiative promises to redefine scalable data solutions with its innovative Direct-to-Chip (DLC) liquid cooling technology.

The partnership aims to emancipate India's data infrastructure from global supply chain dependencies. The advanced modular design supports high-density thermal demands, particularly those of next-generation processors exceeding 500W per socket, focusing on the industrial-scale deployment of liquid cooling systems.

This collaboration heralds a new era for India's digital landscape, offering rapid deployment and enhanced computing capabilities for AI and research institutions. Leaders Ravikumar Enamsetti of TierX and Satya Bhavaraju of Refroid Technologies underscored this move as a declaration of Indian thermal sovereignty, setting a new benchmark for sustainable data center design.
